2. Definitions
- “Company” refers to Phuket Travelers.
- “Customer” or “You” refers to the person booking or using our services.
- “Service” refers to the travel-related services provided by Phuket Travelers, including tours, transfers, and accommodations.
3. Bookings and Payments
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.
- Payment Deadlines: Full payment must be made by the deadline provided during booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in US Dollar (US$) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the service date will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to the service date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the service date are non-refundable.
Company Cancellations: The Company reserves the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation.
5. Amendments
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Requests for amendments must be made in writing and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the Company.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate personal information during the booking process.
- Travel Documents: Customers are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certifications.
- Health and Fitness: Customers must ensure they are physically and medically fit to participate in booked activities.
- Behavior: Customers must behave respectfully towards others and follow all instructions provided by guides or service providers. The Company reserves the right to remove any customer displaying inappropriate or dangerous behavior without a refund.
7. Limitations of Liability
- The Company acts solely as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers.
- The Company is not liable for damages, injuries, losses, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation issues.
- Customers participate in activities at their own risk. It is recommended to have comprehensive travel insurance.
8. Travel Insurance Customers are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, accidents, and personal liability.
9. Intellectual Property All content on the Company’s website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Phuket Travelers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.
